How to apply

  • Register in your upgrading classes before submitting the application.
  • Download the application on the StudentAid BC website.
  • Complete sections 1-6 of the application.
  • Email the completed application and supporting documents to augfinaid@bcit.ca.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are reviewed within 5 business days for Tuition Fee Deferrals.
  • If approved, the fee deferral amount and expiry date appear in the Commitments tab.
  • If declined, the denial reason is shown online.
