- New applicants must register in the online Grant Management System.
- Returning applicants must update their organization or collective profile.
- Step 3: Complete the application
- Fill in the project information, budget, team table, and inventory form.
- Upload the required support material and letters.
- Step 4: Submit online
- Submit the application through the Grant Management System.
- Applications close at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on May 20, 2026.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed for eligibility first.
- Eligible applications are assessed by a peer panel.
- Applications are ranked and funding is awarded based on that ranking.
- Results are sent by email about 16 weeks after the deadline.
- Final reports are required after project completion.
