Processing and Agreement
- Applications are first reviewed by staff for eligibility.
- Eligible applications are reviewed through an equity advisory structure.
- An assessment panel evaluates applications and recommends funding levels and conditions.
- Funding allocations are approved and applicants are informed in writing.
- Decisions are made within sixteen weeks of the application deadline.

- Current recipients must provide yearly updates through the BC Arts Council Grants Management System.
- Organizations on Concerned Status must submit a complete application and support materials.
- Grant recipients should acknowledge BC Arts Council and the Province of British Columbia in promotional materials.
- Results are sent by email through the online system.
