- Submit the completed form to the address provided by the deadline.

Processing and Agreement
- Successful and unsuccessful applicants are notified in writing by December 15.
- No notification is sent to applicants who submit incomplete applications.
- The committee may cancel an award before payment or recover funds if conditions are not met.
- Failure to enroll automatically nullifies the bursary.
- Forced or elective resignations from school terminate eligibility and may lead to recovery of funds.
