- The project must support agricultural production and related economic activity.
- The project must be located in the Peace Region.
- The project must align with one of the fund’s supported program areas (events and educational initiatives, farming infrastructure, or research and demonstration initiatives).

- Agricultural businesses and organizations undertaking eligible initiatives in the Peace Region.
- Organizations planning agricultural educational events in the Peace Region.
- Organizations conducting agricultural research or demonstration initiatives in the Peace Region.

- Costs related to delivering educational events that promote agriculture in the Peace Region.
- Capital costs for agricultural industry infrastructure investments.
- Costs for agricultural research studies and demonstration activities testing new products, methods, and practice viability.

- Applications are evaluated on a quarterly basis.

- Established as part of the Site C Agricultural Mitigation and Compensation Plan.
- Governed by a regional decision-making board overseeing management and disbursement of the fund.

- For festivals and other events, applications must be submitted at least six weeks before the activity.
