Eligibility

Who is eligible?

Eligible expenses

  • Construction and renovation work for approved building improvements
  • Exterior façade and building repair work
  • Upgrades to windows, doors, awnings, signage, lighting, and similar property improvements

  • Work that has started before approval of required changes or permits
  • Improvements that do not comply with the program’s design guidelines, where applicable
  • Grant payments before required taxes, orders, or violations are cleared

How to apply

    • If approved, sign the Letter of Understanding before funding is disbursed.
