Eligibility
- The applicant must be registered as a Canadian charitable organization or otherwise qualified under Section 110 of the Income Tax Act.
- The project should address community needs in areas such as arts, culture, recreation, education, environment, health, or social services.

- Preference for projects addressing growing community needs (artistic, cultural, recreational, educational, environmental, health, and social service areas).
