How to apply

  • Step 1: Access your StudentAid BC account
    • Create a BC Services Card account if you are a new applicant
    • Use the same email address for all StudentAid BC applications
  • Step 2: Complete the application package
    • Read the instructions and conditions carefully
    • Fill out the application form and complete the checklist
    • Prepare the required employment letter
  • Step 3: Submit the application
    • Upload the completed package through the StudentAid BC Dashboard
    • Include the signed declaration section

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are processed after submission and incomplete packages cannot be processed
  • Processing time is about four to six weeks
  • Applications are reviewed and may be subject to audit and verification
