- The applicant must propose an initiative aligned with one or more focus areas: STEM, Environment, or Communities in Crisis.
- The initiative must serve or directly impact communities where Avnet companies have major operations, or impact a large geographic area that includes one or more of those communities.

- Organizations seeking support primarily for luncheons, dinners, or banquets (unless Avnet is being honored)
- Health organizations, including research-focused organizations

How to apply
Step 1: Confirm fit
- Ensure the request aligns with STEM, Environment, or Communities in Crisis.
- Confirm the initiative serves or directly impacts an eligible Avnet operations community, or a large area including one or more eligible communities.
- Submit the request using the online grant application.
- Submit by one of the quarterly deadlines: March 10, June 10, September 10, or December 10.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed quarterly based on posted deadline dates.
Additional information
- Applications are accepted at any time and reviewed on a quarterly cycle.
- A very limited number of Communities in Crisis requests are funded.
- Avnet employees may also support initiatives through volunteerism and local impact projects.
