- Step 1: Prepare application materials
- Write the Expression of Interest.
- Prepare the Design Proposal images.
- Update the CV.

- Step 2: Format the submission

- Step 3: Submit by email
- Email the PDF to ghamilton@rmg.on.ca.
- Submit before 11:59pm EST on April 30, 2026.
Processing and Agreement
- Successful applicants are contacted by mid-May.
- A contract is signed before the project moves forward.
- Site visits may be conducted as needed.
- Regular studio visits are held during production.
- The work is installed onsite by RMG staff in January 2027.
