- GST, duties, and operational costs, including utilities.
- Purchases of construction equipment or tools.
- Roofs, landscaping, and interior improvements.
- Non-permanent fixtures such as benches, planters, and patio heaters.

Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by Northern Development staff.
