  • GST, duties, and operational costs, including utilities.
  • Purchases of construction equipment or tools.
  • Roofs, landscaping, and interior improvements.
  • Non-permanent fixtures such as benches, planters, and patio heaters.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are reviewed by Northern Development staff.
  • Projects are assessed on the strength and completeness of the application.
