Eligible expenses

  • Purchase of eligible assistive equipment and supplies.
  • Replacement of eligible devices when approved.
  • Some related delivery or setup costs where covered by the program.

Ineligible Costs and Activities

  • Repairs to equipment, in most cases.
  • Lost devices or supplies.
  • Items not covered by the program lists, such as regular telephones, GPS systems, and home renovations.
  • Purchases made before required steps are completed may not be covered.
