- Non-Indigenous applicants
- Applicants outside the 18 to 35 age range

- Paid creative contract for project work

Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed through a shortlist and in-person interviews.
- Final participants are selected by a decision committee.
- Project host submissions are reviewed for fit with the program.
