How to apply

  • Step 1: Develop the project
    • Work with a teacher, principal, PAC representative, or artist to shape the idea.
    • Confirm school support and the partnership between the artist and educator.
  • Step 2: Prepare the application
    • Complete the application with the school team.
    • Include the required principal or district representative signature.
  • Step 3: Submit the application
    • Submit the application during one of the annual intake periods.
    • Applications are accepted in May and October.
  • Step 4: Await the decision
    • Wait for the application status update.
    • Applicants are notified within 12 weeks of submission.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are reviewed and assessed by a jury of artists and educators.
  • Funding is awarded based on merit and the published assessment criteria.
  • Applicants are notified of the result within 12 weeks of submission.
  • Successful applicants receive funds after the Grant Agreement form is received.
  • Unsuccessful applicants receive jury feedback and reasons for the decision.
