How to apply
- Step 1: Develop the project
- Work with a teacher, principal, PAC representative, or artist to shape the idea.
- Confirm school support and the partnership between the artist and educator.
- Step 2: Prepare the application
- Complete the application with the school team.
- Include the required principal or district representative signature.
- Step 3: Submit the application
- Submit the application during one of the annual intake periods.
- Applications are accepted in May and October.
- Step 4: Await the decision
- Wait for the application status update.
- Applicants are notified within 12 weeks of submission.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed and assessed by a jury of artists and educators.
- Funding is awarded based on merit and the published assessment criteria.
- Applicants are notified of the result within 12 weeks of submission.
