Eligibility

The applicant must be a not-for-profit organization that does not have an arts mandate.
The project must be an arts programming, project, or event that is new, innovative, developmental, or experimental, or that improves access to arts participation.
The project must be a one-time opportunity (not ongoing core programming).
The applicant must be located in, or deliver the project within, the eligible region: Saanich, Victoria, Oak Bay, Esquimalt, View Royal, Highlands, Metchosin, Sooke, or the Southern Gulf Islands Electoral Area.
