How to apply
- Step 1: Confirm eligibility approval

- Eligibility must be established with Cultural Services staff in advance.
- Step 2: Prepare the application package
- Complete the required forms and budget materials.
- Gather financial statements, client profile information, and support materials.
- Step 3: Submit electronically
- Send the application package electronically using a supported file-sharing method.
- Do not use fax.
- Ensure all required materials are accessible and included.
- Step 4: Follow post-approval requirements
- If approved, complete the grant acceptance steps and provide any required reporting documents.
- For the original signed application form, mail the wet-ink signature copy after approval if requested.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by the NVRC Grants Review Committee.
- Recommendations are submitted to the NVRC Commission for final approval.
- Applicants are notified by email of the decision.
- Approved applicants must complete the grant acceptance steps before payment is requested.
- Final reporting and required documents must be received before payment is released.
