Who is eligible?

• Organizations with a track record of delivering community programs in North Vancouver.
• Non-profit organizations and community groups organizing cultural or regional celebrations.
• Event organizers with a demonstrated benefit to residents and regional engagement.

Who is not eligible

• Organizations without a legal status or registration.
• Events that do not serve or benefit North Vancouver residents.
• Commercial activities not aligned with community or cultural objectives.
• Unrelated regional or provincial organizations outside North Vancouver.

Ineligible Costs and Activities

• Expenses not directly related to the event organization or promotion.
• Activities that do not benefit North Vancouver residents or community.

Eligible geographic areas

• Alignment with community and cultural development goals.
• Potential impact on residents’ quality of life and cultural engagement.
• Event significance and regional or local benefit.
• Innovation and originality in event concept.
• Feasibility and organizational capacity to carry out the event.

• Application reviewed for eligibility and alignment with program objectives.
• Decision communicated to applicants, with notification of approval or denial.
• Funding agreement established before disbursing funds.
• Post-event reporting and documentation may be required to confirm compliance and outcomes.
