- Submit the application online through the City’s Grants Portal
- Returning applicants sign in with their existing Grants Portal account
- First-time applicants register as an individual, create a password, verify the account by email, and access the Grants Portal
- Complete the application form, upload the required documents, and complete the statistical reporting section
- Read and sign the terms and conditions with two signing officers before submitting by Friday, October 9, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. EST
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by City staff for completeness, accuracy, and eligibility.
- Applications are assessed by the Peer Assessment Committee and recommended for funding.
- Funding decisions are reviewed and approved by Council.
- Successful applicants must sign the funding agreement before payment.
- Applicants receive a written notice of the decision.
