How to apply

  • Step 1: Log in to the Nova application portal.
  • Step 2: Complete the program application online.
  • Step 3: Submit the application through Nova.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are reviewed through the Nova system.
  • Eligible proposals are assessed against OAC priorities and program capacity.
  • Invited partners are selected in collaboration with OAC.
  • Approved applicants must complete the project and submit a final report in Nova.

Additional information

  • Participation is by invitation only.
  • School boards should contact the program officer to confirm fit.
  • The program runs over a seven-year partnership period.
  • A final report must be submitted in Nova.
