Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed in two stages by the director and an advisory committee.
- Some candidates are preselected and invited to submit a more detailed proposal.

- The project must be made public, in part or in whole, within 18 to 24 months after funding.
- The Foundation may follow supported projects on its website in collaboration with the recipient.
- The project may include a partner in its public presentation or dissemination.
- Other funding sources are allowed, but each cannot exceed the Foundation's award amount.
