- Unbuilt submissions that are already under construction or permitted for construction.
- Applicants without the required AFBC membership.
- Applications not filed through the firm of record with a valid Certificate of Practice, where required.
Eligible expenses

- Projects that have previously won an LG Award.
- Projects under construction or already permitted for construction in the Unbuilt category.
