Eligibility

  • The applicant must be an apprentice who has completed or progressed to the first or second level (or block) of a recognized apprenticeship training program.
  • The apprenticeship program must be approved by the relevant provincial or territorial authority.
  • Official progress documents must be provided, tailored to the province or territory of registration.
  • For permanent residents or protected persons, proof of status must accompany the application if required.
