How to apply

Prepare the application
- Review the Guide for Applicant Organizations to confirm all eligibility criteria.
- Prepare the required application documents in digital format.
- Complete the online application form.

Gather required documents
- Submit letters patent or the memorandum of association, if applicable.
- Provide the board members and project team lists with their roles.
- Attach the board resolution authorizing the representative to submit the application.
- Include the latest financial statements and, if available, the annual activity report.
- Add the detailed project budget, project summary, partner agreements, and any additional project documents if needed.

Submit the application
- Submit the complete application within the open period from March 16 to April 20, 2026 at noon.
- Ensure selected projects are planned to begin on or after September 1, 2026.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are submitted during the stated intake period.
- Projects are reviewed against the program’s eligibility requirements and priorities.
- Selected projects must start on or after September 1, 2026.
