Who is eligible?

- Artists and staff of music companies connected to the project, for recipient support.

- Service providers who are related parties.
Eligible expenses
- Help with profiles, applications, and project completion submissions.
- Accessibility-related project costs such as sign language interpretation, support workers, guide or visual describers, equipment rental, and accessible format conversion.
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Day-to-day living supports not directly tied to the funded project.
- Capital costs, including equipment purchases.
- Costs already supported by other public funders.
Processing and Agreement
- Requests are reviewed by FACTOR after you contact your Project Coordinator or Program Administrator.
- For applicant support, FACTOR confirms its contribution within five business days if you are eligible.
- For recipient support, requests can be made after accepting FACTOR’s funding offer.
- Payment is made by direct deposit to the service provider after the work is completed.
