- The project must involve construction or renovation work, such as paving, insulation, partitioning, ventilation, electricity, heating, plumbing, roof or window/door replacement, painting, flooring, exterior cladding, kitchen or bathroom improvement/construction, or building an extension.
- The project must be carried out between September 1, 2025, and December 31, 2026.
- A representative must be present at the golf tournament for a short speech and cheque presentation.
