Ineligible Costs and Activities

The program does not cover activities unrelated to racial equality or community engagement.
Expenses for activities outside the scope of anti-Black racism initiatives are ineligible.
Funding cannot be used for administrative costs unrelated to the project.
Projects that do not address at least one identified form of anti-Black racism are not eligible.
