The Granting page also added new application instructions: attachments should be saved as PDF files, applications should be completed in one sitting, applicants can preview the form by answering the first three questions, and the step-one signee receives an email confirmation plus a PDF copy after submission. It also newly excludes ongoing operating costs, fundraising campaigns, deficits, debt retirement, endowment funds, and sectarian, religious, or political requests.
