Processing and Agreement
- A Project Completion Form must be completed at the end of the project for which a Diocesan Synod Grant was received.
- The completion form requests an accounting of expenditures, a description of how the successful completion was celebrated, and the amount to be returned if the grant exceeded project expenditures.

- The synod has dedicated funds for new missional initiatives intended to be small amounts useful for getting the initiative going.
