• Building costs for eligible projects
• Capital equipment purchases
• Costs related to eligible medical research and special projects

• Northwestern Ontario (area of interest)

• Describe the project and its purpose.
• Outline the issues or problems the project addresses.
• State the desired outcomes.
• Prepare a project budget.

• Provide the organization name and brief purpose.
• Provide contact name and title.
• Include the charitable registration number.
• Include mailing address, email address, and website.
• Provide the project name, requested amount, and project start and end date (or indicate ongoing).
• State the organization’s principal funding source.

• Submit through the funder’s online portal or by email.

• Applications are reviewed by the Foundation after submission.
• All applicants are notified of the application status on or before September 1.

• Applicants are notified of the application decision on or before September 1.
• The Andison Family Foundation prioritizes specific fields of interest: Health and Medical Research, Emergency Shelters, and Human Rights.
