- Applications are sent to the CRITM program team for review and compliance check
- A neutral ad hoc committee evaluates the request using a criteria grid
- Approval is intended to be fast, with a target of 7 working days between request and acceptance
- A partner agreement must be signed before the project can proceed

- The CRITM keeps a specific budget for this program, which limits the number of projects that can be funded.
