Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by the Amateur Sport Grant Committee.
- The review process may take up to 12 to 14 weeks.
- The committee may conduct a site visit or meeting during the review.
- Final approval is given by the Parks Foundation Board of Directors.
- Applicants are notified after the board’s final decision.
Additional information
- Funding is not guaranteed, and approved projects may receive less than requested.
- Successful applicants must have a Project Support Program account.
- All project funds and matching contributions must be deposited into the PSP account before any purchases or construction.
- Approved projects must recognize Parks Foundation Calgary and the Calgary Flames Foundation.
