Who is eligible?

  • Building managers.
  • Organizations that have been Hydro-Québec customers for at least three years.

Who is not eligible

  • Municipal systems.
  • Multi-unit residential buildings with commercial spaces.

Eligible expenses

  • Heating, ventilation, automation, geothermal systems, and energy optimization equipment.
  • Energy analysis.

How to apply

  • Fill out the intent form to express your interest.
  • Once eligibility is confirmed, sign the participation agreement and agree to the Alliance’s commitments.
  • Put your plan’s commitments into practice.
  • Once the commitments are met, the building is recognized as an Exemplary Building and you continue implementing measures to maintain that status.

Processing and Agreement

  • Once eligibility is confirmed, sign the participation agreement and agree to the Alliance’s commitments.
  • Collaborative follow-ups are carried out with members to provide guidance and ensure the objectives are met.
  • If commitments are not met, the action plan is adjusted and the next steps are supported.
