How to apply

  • Step 1: Sign in to ACSIS
    • Go to the ACSIS student portal.
    • Log in with your student number and password.
  • Step 2: Open the bursary portal
    • Select Financial Aid.
    • Click on the Bursary Portal and access AC360.
    • Log in with your AC credential.
  • Step 3: Complete the application
    • Fill in the bursary application and budget information.
    • Provide any required supporting details.
  • Step 4: Submit the application
    • Review all information carefully.
    • Submit through the portal before the deadline.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are reviewed after submission and updated to Under Review.
  • Applicants are notified by email of the decision or any missing information.
  • Funding is not guaranteed and depends on available bursary funds.

Additional information

  • Many awards require a bursary application when the portal is open, and some awards require a separate application.
  • If no specific form is available, students must apply through the centralized bursary application.
  • OSAP workshops with hands-on help for OSAP and OLSG applications are scheduled for Tuesday, June 16, 2026 from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM, Friday, June 19, 2026 from 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM, Tuesday, June 30, 2026 from 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM, and Friday, July 3, 2026 from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM in Building B, Room 351.
  • Students may be notified by email about decisions or next steps.
