Overview

Funding of up to $10,000 supports local charitable and non-profit organizations in Alectra’s service territory. It funds community programs and events aligned with sustainability priorities such as food and housing security, health access, equity, education, and environmental conservation.

Activities funded

Initiatives supporting food security and housing security
Programs improving mental health and access to health care
Indigenous support and reconciliation initiatives
Community supports for vulnerable groups (seniors, children/youth, low-income households)
Environmental conservation and animal welfare activities
