Who is eligible?
- Alberta organizations that are legal entities incorporated or registered for at least one year, have an Alberta-based address, and are operating in Alberta
- Non-profit organizations, including ethnocultural, multicultural and faith-based organizations
- Indigenous governments, tribal councils, band councils, settlements, and not-for-profit Indigenous organizations
- Community development organizations
- Arms-length municipal or municipal district affiliated organizations, for-profit organizations and corporations, and public sector entities may apply in partnership with an Indigenous and/or ethnocultural organization

- Public sector entities applying alone
- Federal, provincial, or municipal governments applying for individual projects
