Processing and Agreement
- Applications are assessed by a jury of peers
- Juries evaluate submissions based on published criteria and the documents provided
- The Board of Directors allocates funds based on the jury’s recommendation
- Applicants receive a written response within two to three months after the jury review
- Decisions are final and without appeal

- The program is open continuously until annual funds are exhausted.
- Applicants may submit no more than one travel grant request per year.
- Applicants must acknowledge support by using the Council’s logo on printed materials.
- The decision is final and cannot be appealed.
