Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed for completeness before assessment
- Complete applications are assessed against program principles and criteria

- Approved applicants receive a written decision and a contribution agreement
- Funding can only be paid after the agreement is signed

- Applications are open until September 30, 2027.
- Costs incurred before the application is deemed complete are not reimbursable.
- Quebec-based applicants may need to address the M-30 Act.
- If approved, a contribution agreement must be signed before funding is paid.
