  • Farm and aquaculture businesses in Québec
  • Individuals domiciled in Québec
  • Corporations, cooperatives, and trusts based in Québec

Who is not eligible

  • Research stations, universities, colleges, and other government-funded organizations.
  • Individuals, shareholders, or members of an entity who are subject to an order under section 76 of the Animal Welfare and Safety Act (chapter B-3.1) concerning eligible agricultural products under the program.

Ineligible Costs and Activities

  • Products covered by ASRA or supply management.
  • Forestry products, peat moss, cannabis, and racehorses.
  • Wild animals in their natural environment.
  • Resale of products not produced by the farm.
  • Income from activities outside Québec.
