The Agency Capacity Building Grant provides up to $30,000 to non-profit societies, municipalities, and schools offering preventive social services within the FCSS region. It aims to strengthen organizational capacity through professional development, strategic planning, and research activities, fostering more effective social service delivery.

Prepare your application including detailed description of activities, budget, and organizational information.Send your application by email to fcss@redeer.ca or by fax to (403) 342-8222.Ensure your application is submitted at least four weeks before the funding need date.Await confirmation or notification of outcome from the Social Planning Department.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed and assessed for eligibility and alignment with program goals.
- Applicants are notified of decisions, with approval contingent upon signing a funding agreement.
- Once approved, funds are disbursed according to the terms outlined, often with reporting requirements to ensure proper use of funds.
Additional information
Applicants are encouraged to submit applications at least four weeks before the required funding date. Funding is awarded on a first come, first served basis until the annual budget is exhausted.
