  • Non-Profit, Charitable, and/or Indigenous organizations, including Non-Profit housing Co-operatives, with an existing agreement with the City of Hamilton’s Housing Services Division
  • Tenant-led acquisition or co-op conversion proponents

  • Fees and permits associated with property acquisition may be waived under the acquisition plan.
