- Evidence of learning activities offered in accordance with the IEP and methods for measuring the student’s progress

Processing and Agreement
- Boards of Education must report successful course challenges to the Ministry through the TRAX system by June 30 of the school year in which the challenge occurred.
- The completion portion of the funding is provided to districts following submission of final marks via SADE.
- School districts must comply with Form 1701: Student Data collection Completion Instructions and Form 1601: School Data Collection Forms Completion Instructions when submitting adult student and school data to the Ministry.
- Estimates of each Board of Education’s operating grant for the coming school year are announced on or before March 15, and final grants are recalculated and finalized based on actual enrollments reported on the last school day of September.
