How to apply
- Step 1: Prepare the proposal
- Complete the application form.
- Provide the project purpose and funding request.
- Include the CRA charitable registration number.
- Step 2: Obtain approvals if required
- Master Masons submit proposals directly to the Foundation Secretary.
- Lodges and Districts must approve and sign the application form.
- Charities may apply through a Lodge or Mason if supported.
- Step 3: Submit the application
- Send the application to the Grand Secretary’s Office by email.
- Applications must be submitted no later than December 31.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed after submission and considered at the Foundation's board meeting.
- Funding decisions are made in February.
- Approved applications proceed through the Foundation’s internal approval process.
