How to apply
- Step 1: Prepare the application file
- Gather the required documents and merge them into a single PDF file.
- Send the file to the email address of your faculty or school.
- Step 2: Faculty or school review
- Your faculty or school submits recommended applications to the designated UQAM address.
- Step 3: Institutional submission
- UQAM reviews the recommended files and, if needed, selects one candidate per FRQ field.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed first at the faculty or school level.
- One recommended application per FRQ field may be forwarded institutionally.
- A final institutional committee may select the candidate for each field if needed.
- Results are announced in mid-June.

- Applications are first sent to the applicant’s faculty or school, not directly to RIBÉ.
