  • The applicant must be a business such as a partnership, social enterprise, incorporated company, corporation, co-operative, or Indigenous-owned business.
  • Non-profit organizations, including sectoral or industry associations and post-secondary educational institutions, are eligible.
  • Indigenous-led not-for-profits and organizations can apply.
  • Municipal, provincial, or territorial governments, including Crown corporations, are eligible.
  • The project must advance innovative housing solutions or boost manufacturing efficiency in the residential construction sector.
