- Northern Ontario (Territorial Districts of Algoma, Cochrane, Kenora, Manitoulin, Muskoka, Nipissing, Parry Sound, Rainy River, Sudbury, Timiskaming, and Thunder Bay)
Processing and Agreement
- LOIs are reviewed to confirm eligibility before applicants can proceed.
- Eligible applicants receive an invitation and a personalized link to complete the full application (invitations sent October 1, 2025).
- Full applications are assessed and funding decisions are made in December 2025.
Additional information
- Two-step process includes a Letter of Interest (LOI) stage before the full application.
- IPRF will provide a personalized link and application support to applicants invited to the full application stage.
- LOI submissions are accepted from July 28 to September 19, 2025.
