Selection criteria
- Proven record of achievement or potential for success aligned with the Fund’s purpose and goals.
- Projects must address a community need and provide direct impact to the community served.
- Planned outcomes must be supported by a measurement and evaluation process.
- Projects must have sound financial practices, a sustainable funding model, and a detailed program budget.

Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by the Fund’s Board of Directors at least four times annually.
- A full review is required for Legacy Projects.
