Ineligible Costs and Activities

  • Individuals or initiatives for youth over 18.
  • Research, scholarships, loans, and endowments.
  • Fundraisers, festivals, auctions, travel costs, speaker costs, workshops, and conventions.
  • Salaries, honorariums, utilities, building maintenance, operating expenses, advertising, and printing costs.
  • Political organizations, exclusive services, daycares, pre-schools, pre-kindergartens, and athletic teams, tournaments, or events.

Eligible geographic areas

  • Saskatchewan communities served by Access Communications Co-operative, including the rural wireless internet coverage area.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are reviewed by the Fund’s Board of Directors at least four times annually.
  • A full review is required for Legacy Projects.

Additional information

  • Applications may be submitted throughout the year.
  • The Board of Directors reviews applications at least four times annually.
  • Incomplete applications will be rejected.
