Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Individuals or initiatives for youth over 18.
- Research, scholarships, loans, and endowments.
- Fundraisers, festivals, auctions, travel costs, speaker costs, workshops, and conventions.
- Salaries, honorariums, utilities, building maintenance, operating expenses, advertising, and printing costs.
- Political organizations, exclusive services, daycares, pre-schools, pre-kindergartens, and athletic teams, tournaments, or events.
Eligible geographic areas
- Saskatchewan communities served by Access Communications Co-operative, including the rural wireless internet coverage area.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by the Fund’s Board of Directors at least four times annually.
- A full review is required for Legacy Projects.
