Eligibility
- The applicant must be an individual or family residing in one of the following Montréal boroughs: Ahuntsic-Cartierville, Lachine, Le Sud-Ouest, Mercier–Hochelaga-Maisonneuve, Rosemont–La Petite-Patrie, or Villeray–Saint-Michel–Parc-Extension.
- The total family income before taxes must be below Statistics Canada’s defined low-income threshold, which varies depending on the family size.
