Who is eligible?
- Parents or guardians of children who live with them full time or more than 50% of the time.
- Applicants whose household income source includes Ontario Works, Ontario Works - Temp Care Assistance, Ontario Disability Support Program, O.W. Emergency Assistance, O.W. Extended Employment Health Benefits, or other income.
Who is not eligible
- Applicants requesting support for children who live in the home less than 50% of the time.
- Applicants requesting travel or competitive sports.

How to apply
- Complete the A.L.L. For Kids Activity Request Form.
- Fill out the household income section and, if needed, the yearly income information.
- Return the form to CKAFK@chatham-kent.ca.
- Provide copies of the documents required to verify yearly income.
Processing and Agreement
- The municipality may contact the vendor to verify activity details or address questions about the activity or submitted receipt.
- Funds not used or reimbursed because an activity changes or is cancelled must be returned to the program.
- If the application is approved, the applicant is responsible for registering the child or children for the activity.
Additional information
- Travel or competitive sports are not covered.
- Receipts must be submitted for equipment funds.
