How to apply

  • Step 1: Apply online
    • Complete and submit the application form on the program website.
  • Step 2: Application review
    • The application is reviewed for program eligibility.
  • Step 3: Site visit and planning
    • If eligible, a local forestry professional or planting partner schedules a site visit and prepares a preliminary plan.
  • Step 4: Agreement and planting
    • The planting partner and landowner agree on the plan and sign the project agreement before planting begins.

  • Application is reviewed for program eligibility.
  • Eligible projects are referred to a local forestry professional or planting partner.
  • A site visit is scheduled and a preliminary plan is prepared if the site is eligible.
