Who is eligible?
- Indigenous Community, Collective, or Organization (ICCO)
- ICCOs with a research or knowledge translation mandate
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Expenses incurred outside the agreed funding period.
Eligible geographic areas
- Wabanaki-Labrador region, including New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Nova Scotia
How to apply
- Before the funding call deadline, email wln@dal.ca to indicate your intent to apply and provide the lead applicant’s name, the team member responsible for corresponding with WLN, the team members who should have folder permissions and their email addresses, and the host ICCO.
- WLN will create a OneDrive folder for the project and send the link.
- Submit the complete application package to the OneDrive folder.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications will be reviewed for completeness by WLN staff.
- They will then undergo the usual WLN Collaborative Review process.
- Reviewers must complete a conflict of interest process.
